Sometimes referred to as a continental breakfast. A generous mixture of our own fresh baked bagels, Danish, muffins,
bear claws, sticky buns, assorted turnovers, scones, twists, croissants,
and more.
Served with our own fresh fruit salad and assorted premium Tropicana juices
(1 per person). Assorted cream cheese spreads including chive and veggie. Butter and
assorted jelly are served on the side.

Fresh Bagel Platter:
Our own fresh baked assorted bagels served with assorted cream cheese spreads

California Breakfast:
Enjoy a healthy breakfast alternative! Create a breakfast parfait with assorted yogurt, toasted granola, fresh fruit salad,
assorted muffins and wheat/whole grain mini bagels. Cream cheese and preserves served on the side.

Doughnut Platter:
Fresh assorted doughnuts including jelly, chocolate, blueberry, cake,
glazed, Bavarian cream, chocolate covered sprinkles, and more.
$2.50 per person. (10 person minimum)
Assorted Mini Tray:
A generous assortment of mini assorted muffins, mini scones, mini croissants, and mini Danish. The mini tray is perfect for a lighter breakfast, or as an accompaniment to other breakfast fare.

Breakfast Breads:
Apple Raisin, Cranberry, Banana, Lemon Poppy Seed, Marble Pound, and Strawberry Amaretto.
Sliced and arranged on a platter.

Hot Buffet:
This really beats the hum-drum breakfast! Scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, fresh bacon, and sausage served in
chafing dishes. Turkey bacon and turkey sausage are available upon request. Toast, butter and jelly on the side. Please see

French Toast:
Two large slices of Texas Toast per person soaked in our own batter and grilled to a golden brown. Served in chafing dishes with syrup on the side.

Nova Salmon Tray:
The perfect accompaniment to the bagel platter. Lox slices (1/8 pound per person) served on a platter with lettuce, tomato slices, Bermuda onion, black olives and cucumber.

Egg Sandwiches:
Tired of the same old trays of bagels and muffins, try a tray of
Egg Sandwiches instead. All of our egg sandwiches are served with cheese and either ham, bacon, or sausage. Turkey bacon
is also available. Meats are available on the side if you prefer. Served on assorted breads,
Kaiser rolls and bagels. $4.25 per person.
Breakfast Burritos:
Another nice alternative to the typical breakfast fare. Fluffy scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with a light salsa rolled in warm flour tortillas.
Add breakfast meat to your burritos at no additional cost.

Fresh Fruit Salad:
Fresh cut seasonal fruit salad decorated with fresh strawberries, blueberries and kiwi.

Whole Fruit Bowls:
Fresh whole fruit including apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries, oranges, cantaloupe, melon and more.

Whitefish Salad:
Another must have for a bagel platter. Pile Whitefish on your bagel with some nice onion and tomato.

Cream Cheese and Lox Spread:
Lox spread makes a bagel even better. Schmeer on some cream cheese and lox spread on your bagel with some nice onion and tomato.

Coffee Service:
Fresh brewed regular coffee. Decaffeinated and flavored are coffee are available upon request. Our coffee is served in flavor fresh self serve thermoses or disposable coffee boxes.
Served with half and half, flavored creamers, and all the necessities. Hot tea and Hot chocolate available upon
request for an additional charge.
