  All of the following Hot Entrees are served in chafing dishes and include a tossed salad with two dressings served on the side. We require 24 hours notice and a minimum of 10 people per entree.

Corned Beef and Cabbage: An Irish tradition. First cut corned beef brisket served with potatoes, cabbage and carrots. Mustard and butter on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Chicken Cordon Bleu: Large fresh chicken breast stuffed with Virginia baked ham and provolone cheese. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Chicken Cutlet Parmesan: Breaded chicken cutlet with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Chicken or Beef Strogonoff: Served with Shiitake mushrooms over rice. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Fajitas, Chicken: Grilled strips of chicken, with green and red peppers and onions seasoned with southwestern spices. Served with lettuce and tomato, cheddar and provolone cheese blend. Flour tortillas, sour cream, salsa and pica de gallo. (Guacamole is .50 extra per person)   $13.95 per person.

Fajitas, Combo: Grilled strips of chicken, beef and shrimp with green and red peppers and onions seasoned with southwestern spices. Served with lettuce and tomato, cheddar and provolone cheese blend. Flour tortillas, sour cream, salsa and pica de gallo. (Guacamole is .50 extra per person)   $17.95 per person.

Grilled Lemon Chicken: Fresh grilled chicken served over rice with a creamy lemon sauce. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Honey Spiral Ham: Classic spiral pre-sliced honey baked ham (see photo). Served Cold with dinner rolls and potato salad.   $9.95 per person.

Meat Lasagna: Our Italian specialty! Layers and layers of meat or vegetarian lasagna. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Meat Balls and Pasta: Our own meatballs served in tomato sauce with penne pasta. Spaghetti may be substituted. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $11.95 per person.

Pulled Pork Barbecue: Our North Carolina special. Served with Kaiser rolls and cole slaw.   $9.95 per person.

Quesadillas: Large flour tortillas stuffed with chicken, cheese and pica de gallo. One per person, cut into four pieces. Served with our own spanish rice.   $11.95 per person.

Sausage and Peppers: Grilled Italian sausage links, red and green pepper strips, and grilled onions. With or without tomato sauce. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $9.95 per person.

Turkey Dinner: Fresh turkey with all the trimmings. Stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls.   $11.95 per person.
