The Boardroom: Our most popular business lunch package. $11.95 per person.

Sandwiches: A generous selection of sandwiches carefully prepared on a variety of breads, wraps, and rolls. Gluten free bread available upon request. Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted cheese. Sandwich trays include a variety of fresh turkey, Virginia baked ham, grilled chicken, chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey salad, roast beef, corned beef, pastrami, smoked turkey, Italian cold cuts, roast pork, and more. If you need vegetarian or vegan options please let us know. For $2 additional per person you can add our popular shrimp salad.

Complimentary Salad: Select either our famous potato salad, pasta supreme, or a tossed salad with dressings on the side. You can split salads for an additional .50 per person.

Dessert: Our Sweet Tooth Platter of assorted oversized cookies and brownies, decorated with a variety of tea cookies.

Chips: A nice variety of assorted chips including Utz, Frito Lay, Kettle, Cape Cod, Dirty, Zapps, Wise, and more.

Specialty Sandwich Platters and Jewish Style Menu
The Healthy Platter: Sandwiches can be healthy if you use the right ingredients. This platter features fresh oven baked turkey, grilled chicken, light tuna and chicken salad, and grilled vegetables. Sandwiches served on multigrain, whole wheat, low fat and low carbohydrate wraps, with light focaccia and ciabatta breads. Prepared with leaf lettuce, sprouts, avocado and thin sliced cheese. Hellmann's mayo and Dijon mustard served on the side. Pesto mayonnaise available upon request. $8.75 per person.

Maine Lobster Roll Platter: Fresh lobster salad served Maine style on a fresh bakery sub roll. Each Lobster Roll contains ź pound lobster salad made fresh in house. Please provide notice when ordering. $15.95 per person. Minimum 10 people.

Tortilla Wrap Platter: A great low-carb option. Assorted wraps including spinach, sun dried tomato and pesto wraps filled with sandwich meats, salads, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. $8.75 per person.

Deluxe Combo Platter: Our best sandwich fixins. Our delicious homemade salads, rolled cold cuts, grilled chicken, fresh turkey from the oven, grilled vegetables and more. Attractively arranged and garnished over a bed of leaf lettuce. The salads include chicken salad, tuna, crab meat, egg, turkey, and shrimp salad. (Shrimp salad is $2.00 extra per person.) Thanksgiving Fresh Turkey Platter: Those famous Thanksgiving fresh turkey sandwiches can be delivered to your office. Fresh oven baked turkey sandwiches served on Kaiser rolls and French bread. Cranberry sauce and stuffing served on the side. Hellmann's mayo, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the side. Pesto mayonnaise available upon request. Shrimp Salad Sandwich Platter: Everybody loves our shrimp salad. Now we have made it available for your business luncheons. Served on a variety of breads and rolls. Hellmann's mayo, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles served on the side. Minimum 10 people. $11.00 per person.

Chicken and Eggplant Focaccia Batard: Grilled chicken breasts and grilled eggplant on fresh basil focaccia bread. Served with honey mustard, mayo and Dijon mustard on the side. Minimum 10 people. $8.75 per person.

Fajita Wrap Platter: Strips of grilled chicken, green and red peppers and grilled onions marinated in Southwest seasonings. Served on assorted tortilla wraps with salsa, sour cream and Guacamole on the side. Minimum 10 people. $9.00 per person.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Tortilla Wraps: Fresh grilled chicken breasts, Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, tomato, and parmesan cheese wrapped in a Spinach, Pesto or Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla. $9.00 per person.

Club Platter: Ham, roast beef and turkey with cheese served on club rolls with bacon, lettuce and tomato. $8.75 per person.

Pita Pocket Platter: All of our delicious sandwiches prepared on Pita Pocket bread. All sandwiches include lettuce and tomato. $8.75 per person.

Finger Sandwich Platter: A variety of salad and traditional sandwiches on assorted rye, whole wheat, pumpernickel and white mini-rolls. Cold cut sandwiches come with cheese. Two finger sandwiches per person. Hellmann's mayo and Dijon mustard served on the side. Pesto mayonnaise available upon request. Minimum 10 people. $7.95 per person.

Mini Croissant Platter: Assorted Mini Croissant sandwiches including Virginia ham with brie, roast beef and caramelized onions, fresh turkey and havarti cheese, grilled chicken, tuna and chicken salad. Two mini sandwiches per person. Hellmann's mayo and Dijon mustard served on the side. Pesto mayonnaise available upon request. Minimum 10 people. $7.95 per person.

Jewish Style Offerings
Jewish Style Platter: Perfect for the Jewish Holiday seasons. Make your own Kosher Style Lunch! Kosher corned beef, roast beef, pastrami, fresh oven baked turkey, grilled chicken and salads for sandwiches. Chopped chicken liver for sandwiches is also available (10 per minimum, $3.95 per person) upon request. Kosher rules require dairy items remain separate, therefore sliced cheese for sandwiches served on the side. Kosher Matzos served on the side upon request. No pork products are used. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on the side. Served with Hellmann's mayo and Dijon mustard. $8.75 per person.

Matzah Ball Soup: Also known as Jewish penicillin. Matzah balls are more traditionally known as knaydelach (Yiddish for dumplings). Matzah ball soup is generally a very thin chicken broth with two or three Ping-Pong ball sized matzah balls (or sometimes one very large matzah ball) in it. Sometimes, a few large pieces of carrot or celery are added. Matzah balls can be very soft and light or firm and heavy. A friend of mine describes the two types as "floaters and sinkers." Matzah ball soup is commonly served at the Passover seder, but is also eaten all year round. $2.99 per person.

Knishes: A knish (the k and the n are both pronounced) is a sort of potato and flour dumpling stuffed with various things. It is baked until browned and a little crisp on the outside. They are commonly filled with mashed potato and onion, chopped liver, or cheese. They are good for a snack, an appetizer or a side dish. You should be able to find them in any deli. The word "knish" is Ukrainian for "dumpling." Served with mustard on the side. $2.25 each.
