Vegan and Vegetarian Menu

Vegan and Vegetarian Lunch Special: $11.95 Per Person.
A generous selection of cholesterol and fat-free vegan ("Tofurky" brand mock products) and vegetarian sandwiches (see list below) carefully prepared on a variety of vegan friendly breads, pitas, wraps, and rolls. Gluten free bread available upon request. Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted dairy-free "cheeses". Tray includes a variety of mock deli products, avocado, veggie, Portobello mushroom, and humus (see list below) sandwiches.
A separate tray containing tomatoes and pickles.
A complimentary tossed salad consisting of romaine/mesculn mix and fresh cut vegetables with a balsamic vinaigrette served on the side.
Vegan dairy free mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard served on the side.
Includes all the necessary paper products and serving utensils. Tablecloths can be provided at an additional cost of $5 each.

Tossed salad: Mesculn and Romaine mix with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and peppers.
Cole Slaw: Made with dairy free vegan mayonnaise.
Pasta Salad: Seasonal vegetables with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Potato Salad: Made with dairy free vegan mayonnaise.
Health Salad: Seasonal vegetables with an oil and vinegar dressing.

Vegan and Vegetarian Sandwiches

Vegan Meatball Parmesan Hero: Meatless meatballs, Vegan mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, toasted in the oven served on a French sub roll.

Vegan Gary Williams: Delicious Tofurky brand mock smoked or regular turkey, dairy-free Tofutti vegan cheese, vegan Russian dressing, and vegan cole slaw served on a French sub roll.

Veggie Garden Burger: Grilled and served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, and tomato, and served with or without Tofutti brand mozzarella.

Falafel Sandwich: Fresh falafel served in a wrap with guacamole or avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts.

Veggie Lover's Sandwich: Grilled vegetables including red peppers, zucchini, and squash with sprouts and hummus on your choice of pita, tortilla wrap, bread, or roll.

Southwestern Wrap: Sauteed red and green peppers with sweet red onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocado and salsa. (Add vegan Tofutti cheese if you would like to!)

Vegan and Vegetarian Pizza: We make fresh dough every day. Pizza dough when made correctly does not contain dairy. Our homemade sauce is made from fresh whole pear tomatoes, basil, and spices. We use only shredded dairy-free Daiya Brand "cheese". Select vegetable, mock meats, veggie meatballs, or just plain. Pizzas made like this are fat-free as well as delicious. Our vegan pizzas are 18 inches in diameter and are cut into eight big slices. One Pie feeds four people.
